How do you handle Print Runs?
We designed Origins to bring the scarcity of physical TCGs into a digital collectible card game.
Print runs are seasonal. Once a set rotates out, it never comes back into print.
For the Alpha Edition, booster boxes and cases are preorder only. Once that print run is finished, no additional Alpha boxes or cases will be produced.
When it's gone, it's gone.
Are there Tournament Cards?
Yes. Origins will feature special Tournament Editions inspired by tournament and championship cards in physical TCGs like One Piece.
These include cards created specifically around competitive events, with the rarest tournament prizes reaching all the way down to true 1/1s.
Some cards won't just show what you collected—they'll show what you accomplished.
Are there God Packs?
Yes.
Origins has ultra-rare God Packs where every card in the pack is a hit, Legendary or better.
Are there Error Cards?
Yes.
We have our own twist on error cards in digital, inspired by the misprints that have become some of the most interesting collectibles in physical TCG history.
They're rare anomalies intentionally hidden throughout the Origins collectible ecosystem for collectors to discover.
Can I trade with other collectors?
Yes.
Cards and sealed products can be bought, sold, and traded with other collectors on Steam. We want collecting Origins to feel like collecting a physical TCG.
Can I sell my cards?
Yes.
Origins cards can be sold through the Steam Community Market and connected marketplaces, creating a real secondary market for your collection.
Can I hold my sealed boxes & cases?
Absolutely.
Packs, booster boxes, and cases can all be kept sealed.
You decide what to do with your items: rip them, trade them, sell them, or hold them.
For collectors who love sealed TCG products, we want collecting sealed Origins to be every bit as legitimate as collecting the cards inside.
